It is perhaps rare when one is allowed to be just exactly what they want to be in life - yet I'm one who has been so blessed. I've always wanted to be an artist. From my boyhood in Western Montana, continuing through my teen years in Southeastern Alaska - this was my total focus. Sixteen years ago, when I'd completed three years in the Army and a couple of years of college, I put all else aside and began painting full time. Although much of my career has been spent in Alaska (I've shown work in most of the major galleries throughout Alaska and still do), I now live in Port Townsend, Washington and have my own gallery. |
