Returns
While we work hard to ensure that every sale made by Scanlon Gallery meets the customers needs, we understand that there are times when returns are necessary. In this instance, to ensure the best possible service to our customers, we have guidelines to make the transaction easier.
- Returns can be made up to 30 days after the date of invoice.
- A credit will be given for all returns. (sorry, no cash refunds.)
- The original invoice must accompany all returns (unless received as a gift.)
- Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
