Artist statement: Daffodils... a sure sign of spring. Their bouncing yellow heads take me back to my childhood and how much I looked forward to seeing their shoots popping up from our flower beds. They are also the national flower of Wales, land of my father's people. The bright yellow resin enamel captures the color of these lovely blossoms.
