Each spring, the Tenakee general store, “Snyder Mercantile”, flies in a bush plane load full of plants. 4’x8’ sheets of plywood are placed on empty oil drums to make a display along the Tenakee trail. Business is brisk as the town folk ‘jump start’ their garden with the new arrivals.
