This is a little classic wooden gillnetter, manned by a stoic Alaska fisherman who is about to haul his net aboard. The cutaway features the engines and batteries, fo'c'sle with rumpled sleeping bag and books, the cramped engine room, iced fish in the hold, and water tanks.

Tom Crestodina, an Alaskan fisherman, began making cutaway drawings in 2011 to conncect with his young son, Franio, while he was out at sea.
