When will my purchase ship?

We work hard to ship out purchases in a timely manner- more often than not that means within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep in mind however that as a small operation, we are not staffed on Sundays and Mondays. This means that if you make a purchase over the weekend, it may be a few days before you receive notification of shipping.

How much does shipping cost and is it insured?

The cost of shipping is variable depending on the price of the items purchased. Even though we rarely have any problems, we ship all packages fully insured and it is our policy to replace or refund any item damaged during shipping. Please contact us right away if your purchase arrives damaged.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes! We can ship anywhere inside or outside the United States. Currently the checkout is set up only for US customers. International customers are encouraged to contact us to arrange for international shipping.


While we work hard to ensure that every purchase from Scanlon Gallery meets your needs, we understand that there are times when returns are necessary. In this instance, to ensure the best possible service to our customers, we have guidelines to make the transaction easier.

  • Returns can be made up to 30 days after the date of invoice
  • We will send you a return label
  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect to ensure nothing is damaged
  • So long as the piece is not damaged, you will be refunded the purchase amount less the return shipping label amount
  • The original invoice must accompany all returns (unless received as a gift)
  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned
