Fuel Dock

Fuel Dock 24 3/4" x 8 1/2" 600 edition $175 A number of years ago I spent several weeks in the picturesque fishing village of Pelican, sketching most everything in sight! I've done a number of paintings from my sketches and most recently, Pelican Fuel Dock. People asked me, "Why are all those oil drums lined up on the dock." I had no clue. I called several people from Pelican and finally got an answer from a long time friend. "Waste fuel" she said, "from fishing boats and other vessels is stored in them and periodically hauled away,.. or not."
